Christopher Berry, Big Chris Custom Knives – The Knife Junkie Podcast Episode 286

Custom knife maker Christopher Berry of Big Chris Custom Knives joins Bob “The Knife Junkie” DeMarco on episode 286 of The Knife Junkie Podcast.

big chris custom knivesChristopher Berry is a professional chauffeur, Blade Sports star and trainer, and a custom knife maker. He was featured on “Knife or Death” (Season 1, Episode 4), the “Forged in Fire” Blade Sports spinoff TV show. Chris also appeared on “Southern Survival” (episode 4) that can be found on Netflix.

Big Chris also enjoys naming his knives instead of giving them alpha numeric names. His first competition knife he called Audrey and most of his knives have female names. His accidental knife though — that you’ll hear him talk about during the show — he called Bob, the happy accident!

Despite his moniker, Big Chris makes knives for competition, the kitchen and field that are actually quite light and thin. Big Chris Knives was an early adopter of CPM MagnaCut, showcasing knives in the steel at Blade Show 2021.
